RISK OF LOSS and Returns
All items purchased from Marina-Publications.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. An item that is “print on demand” is manufactured when the order is received. If you receive a book that is damaged, we will contact the printer and he will provide a replacement copy at his sole discretion based upon photographic evidence provided through an email to info@marina-publications.com. We do not guarantee returns will be accepted, as this is been decided by the print on demand publisher. No Refunds are issued and we might ask to return the damaged book.
Because Marina-Publications.com is just the ecommerce Seller, Marina-Publications.com cannot and does not accept responsibility for the quality of the Content hosted and/or purchased (including misspelled words, grammatical errors, factual errors, poor quality pictures, etc.), its formatting, design or overall appearance. The creator approves the visual presentation and content of each item and bears responsibility for its quality and presentation. Marina-Publications.com’s staff does not monitor or check individual Content prior to publication or sale through the Site.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Marina-Publications.com is solely a ecommerce website. After the Clients order, we will forward a Print on Demand order to a third party publisher. The third party publisher is responsible for the quality of the printed material, as well as the packing and shipping to the client. Orders typically can take up to 10 days to be printed and then shipped. This cannot be guaranteed. Free Shipping always uses ground shipping and can take up to 28 days depending on the Country.
